Gin Pairing now at Classic Cats!

We have been so busy that I have had hardly any time to keep our fans up to date on the exciting developments here at HQ.

We have launched our Gin Pairing option this week and I am so keen to tell you about it. We have been serving Hudson's burgers at Classic Cats since we opened. We have decided to up this a level and added a whole new tasting option to our menu. Yes, we listened. We now have a light snack paired with your gin tasting.

Three delicious Canapes have been carefully chosen to pair with our favourite gins. Kicking off the pairing is a mini beef burger, next is a delicious Vegetarian tart and then finally a sweet little number , lemon merengue. I have personally sat and chosen the gins that I think work really well with the various treats. We will change the food options from time to time and continue to add more pairing gins to the mix.

I really think this is an ideal birthday/bachelorette/end of year treat. The food adds a whole new tasting experience to your gin. It really is incredible.

We will be offering the pairing on a booking basis to start. 6 pax and up. We can accommodate 20pax for now. Please get in touch if you would like to give it a try. Tasting is R200pp which includes the treats, craft gin, barker and quin tonic and the whole classic cats experience. Bargain of note.
